How We Work
Most production companies start with a camera. We start with a question: what are you actually trying to say?
Every engagement runs the same phases. Two of them are gates. Nothing moves past a gate until it is signed off.
Strategy
Days 1 to 4Four days from signature to a locked message. Everything below happens in that window.
Brand Debrief
We sit down and find your voice before we build anything around it. How you talk. What you believe. The things you say in a room that never make it on camera. This is the session that keeps the finished work sounding like you instead of like content.
Audience Analysis
We go deep on who you are talking to. Not a demographic. One person, with a specific problem, at a specific moment. Then we map how the videos connect to each other, so the work compounds instead of sitting there as forty disconnected posts.
Pillars & Slate
Your content pillars get defined. What we make, why it exists, what job each one does. Then the slate: the actual topics we are filming, mapped against those pillars.
Scripts & Show Notes
We write all of it. Scripts for scripted pieces, outlines and show notes for interviews and podcasts. Written from the debrief, in your voice, so nobody hands you a page that sounds like someone else.
You bringOne session and honest answers. That is the whole ask.
Nothing gets scheduled until the message is approved.
No crew, no location, no studio day until you have signed off on the pillars, the slate, and the scripts. A conversation on day two is cheaper than a reshoot in week six. This is the rule that separates us from a rental crew.
Production & Post
One to two weeksFilming through delivered edits, start to finish, in one to two weeks.
Studio in Miami Beach or on location. Full crew, cinematic lighting, multi-camera where the format calls for it. You show up prepared because the prep already happened.
Then edit, color, sound, and graphics. Every cut built against the brief we locked in phase one, not against a vague sense of what looks good.
You bringYourself, on the day.
Nothing publishes until you approve it.
Every asset comes to you before it goes anywhere. Approve it and it goes live.
Release
Immediately on approvalAssets built per platform, scheduled, published. No finished film sitting in a folder waiting on someone to remember it.
