The Best Wedding Venues in Palm Beach (2026)
Palm Beach weddings are their own category. The island has hosted a century of American high society, and the venues carry that history in their architecture, their service, and yes, their waiting lists. We film weddings across Palm Beach County every season, so this list comes from a working crew’s perspective: not just which venues are beautiful, but which ones photograph and film like a dream.
The grand icons
The Breakers is the standard against which everything else on the island is measured. The Mediterranean Courtyard, the Ocean Lawn, the frescoed ceilings: there is a reason it books years out. On camera, the property is bulletproof in every direction, which is rare. The Flagler Museum offers Gilded Age grandeur inside Henry Flagler’s Whitehall mansion, and a marble courtyard ceremony there feels like filming inside history. The Royal Poinciana Plaza and the island’s historic estates round out the old-guard tier for couples who want private-home intimacy with landmark architecture.
Modern luxury and boutique venues
Eau Palm Beach in Manalapan brings a contemporary resort polish with two oceanfront lawns and interiors that light beautifully. The Colony Hotel is the island’s pink jewel box: intimate, playful, and instantly recognizable in every frame, with the new Cabana Bar and pool deck made for welcome parties. The Ben in West Palm Beach offers rooftop ceremonies with the Intracoastal and island skyline behind the vows, the most cinematic sunset shot in the county. Four Seasons Palm Beach delivers quiet, five-star oceanfront for couples who want understated over ornate.
Gardens, water, and estates
The Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens in West Palm Beach is the county’s best-kept secret for ceremonies under banyans among monumental sculpture, magic in late-afternoon light. The Sailfish Club brings old-Florida yacht club character with docks for a boat arrival. PGA National in Palm Beach Gardens handles larger guest counts with golf-course sunsets, and the county’s private estates, from the island to Wellington’s equestrian properties, host the most personal weddings we film all year.
How to choose with your film in mind
Three questions matter more than the brochure. Where does the sun set relative to your ceremony time? A west-facing lawn at golden hour gives your film its best minutes for free. What are the venue’s filming rules? Some Palm Beach properties restrict drone flights and vendor movement during service, which is solvable when your crew knows in advance. And where do the portraits happen if it rains? The venues above all have interior backup spots that film beautifully; ask to see them on your walkthrough.
Frequently asked questions
How far out should we book a Palm Beach venue? Twelve to eighteen months for The Breakers and The Colony in season, January through April. Off-season dates open up dramatically.
What does a Palm Beach wedding cost? Most full weddings at the venues above land between $75,000 and $400,000+ all-in. Venue minimums are the biggest variable, and seasonality moves them.
Do these venues allow videography? All of them, with house rules. We coordinate directly with each venue’s events team, and we already know most of their requirements.
Who should film it? A crew that knows these properties. We are Live Global Studios, a Miami Beach production company filming weddings from Palm Beach to Miami with cinema cameras, redundant audio, and delivery in weeks. See how we approach wedding films on our Connect page.
Yacht and Marine Video Production in Fort Lauderdale (2026)
Fort Lauderdale calls itself the Yacht Capital of the World and backs it up: thousands of vessels, the largest in-water boat show anywhere, and a marine industry that runs from brokerages on 17th Street to shipyards up the New River. In a market this visual, the listing video is not marketing support. It is the showroom. Buyers in Dubai, Monaco, and New York will watch the film long before they ever step aboard.
We are Live Global Studios, a production company in Miami Beach that shoots yachts, charters, and marine brands across Fort Lauderdale and the Intracoastal. Here is what separates marine video that sells vessels from footage that sinks quietly on a brokerage page.
What marine video has to do differently
Boats are the hardest real estate on camera. The spaces are tight, the surfaces reflect everything, and the product moves. Good marine production solves all three: wide lenses and gimbals for interiors, lighting and polarizers that manage glare off varnish and water, and drone plus chase-boat coverage that captures a vessel running at speed. Then there is the schedule. Light on the water is best in the first and last two hours of the day, tides and bridge openings dictate movement, and an owner’s window may be a single afternoon. Crews that do not know the Intracoastal lose the day to logistics.
What we produce for the marine industry
Listing films for brokers: three to five minute walkthroughs that let a remote buyer feel the vessel, plus thirty second cuts for social and email. Charter marketing: lifestyle films showing the experience, guests aboard, toys in the water, sandbar anchorages, sunset runs. Shipyard and refit stories: documentary-style films of refit projects that win the next contract. Boat show content: walkaround videos and social coverage during FLIBS, when the entire industry’s attention is on the docks. Marine brand campaigns: ads and product films for gear, electronics, and services sold to owners and captains.
What yacht video costs in Fort Lauderdale
A single-vessel listing film typically runs $2,500 to $8,000 depending on vessel size, drone and chase-boat needs, and edit depth. Charter lifestyle shoots with talent run $5,000 to $15,000. Refit documentaries and brand campaigns are scoped per project. Every quote is fixed before we load gear. For brokers moving multiple listings a year, we build retainer packages that bring the per-vessel cost down sharply.
Why the marine industry works with us
We plan around tide, light, and bridge schedules, carry insurance that marinas actually accept, and shoot with cinema cameras stabilized for open water. Every project includes a director, DP, audio engineer, and producer, and post-production is handled in-house: color that makes hull paint and water read true, sound design, and every cutdown a brokerage or charter manager needs. We are twenty minutes from the 17th Street docks and on the water year-round.
Frequently asked questions
Do you fly drones over marinas legally? Yes. We operate FAA Part 107 certified pilots and coordinate airspace clearances, which matter near the airport and cruise port.
Can you film a vessel underway? Yes, that is the best footage in the film. We coordinate a chase boat and plan the run for light and sea state.
How fast can you turn a listing film? Standard delivery is seven to ten days. During show season we offer rush edits, because timing against FLIBS matters.
Do you shoot interiors of larger yachts? Yes, with lighting and lens packages built for tight, reflective spaces, the same approach we use for luxury real estate.
Your vessel deserves better than phone footage. Start the conversation on our Connect page.
Commercial Video Production in Miami: What It Costs and How It Works (2026)
Every brand in Miami eventually asks the same question: what should a commercial actually cost, and why do quotes for the same idea range from $2,000 to $200,000? The answer is that “commercial” covers everything from a vertical ad shot in an afternoon to a multi-day national campaign. This guide breaks down the real tiers, the real prices, and how production works here, from a team that does it every week.
We are Live Global Studios, a full-service production company in Miami Beach. We write, shoot, and finish commercials and ad creative for brands across South Florida from our studio at The Chat Room on Lincoln Road and on location from Wynwood to Palm Beach.
What counts as commercial video in 2026
The word now covers four very different products. Social-first ad creative: vertical, hook-driven ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, usually produced in batches of five to twenty variations for testing. Brand commercials: the thirty or sixty second cinematic spot that anchors a campaign and lives on your site, YouTube pre-roll, and streaming. Product films: tabletop and lifestyle footage built around a single hero product. Broadcast spots: traditional TV with talent, locations, and clearance requirements.
Most Miami brands in 2026 need the first two. The smartest budgets fund one anchor spot plus a batch of social cutdowns from the same shoot day, which is how a single production feeds a quarter of media.
What a commercial costs in Miami
Honest 2026 ranges. Social ad batches: $2,500 to $10,000 for a set of UGC-style or studio-shot ad variations. Single brand commercial: $8,000 to $40,000 depending on locations, talent, and art direction. Product film packages: $3,500 to $15,000. Broadcast productions with full crew, casting, and licensed music: $40,000 and up. The drivers are always the same five things: shoot days, locations, talent, post-production complexity, and usage rights. A good production partner shows you which of the five you can cut without hurting the idea.
Our process from brief to delivery
Week one is strategy and script: we take your goal, audience, and offer, and return concepts with a director’s treatment. Week two is pre-production: casting, locations, shot lists, and a locked schedule. The shoot itself usually runs one to two days, in studio or on location. Post takes one to three weeks: edit, color, sound design, motion graphics, and every cutdown and aspect ratio your media plan needs. You get one accountable team through the whole chain, which is the difference between a campaign and a folder of footage.
Why Miami brands choose Live Global Studios
Miami is a production town with production-town advantages: year-round light, ocean and skyline within twenty minutes of each other, deep bilingual talent pools, and locations that read as aspirational on camera. We add a four-set studio on Lincoln Road, cinema cameras and broadcast audio on every booking, and a crew that includes a director, DP, audio engineer, and producer as standard. We also produce the Spanish-language versions properly, with native speakers, not subtitles bolted on.
Frequently asked questions
How long does a commercial take from start to finish? Four to six weeks for a full brand spot. Social ad batches move faster, often two to three weeks from brief to delivered variations.
Do you handle casting and talent? Yes, including bilingual talent, and we manage usage agreements so your media team can run the spots without rights surprises.
Can you work with our media buyer or agency? That is the normal setup. We produce; they place. We deliver every format, length, and caption file their plan calls for.
Do you offer studio shoots? Yes. The Chat Room, our Miami Beach facility, has four distinct sets and is often faster and cheaper than location days.

Wedding Videographer in Fort Lauderdale: The 2026 Guide
Your wedding film is the only part of the day that gets better with time. The flowers fade, the cake disappears, and memory blurs the details, but the film keeps your grandmother’s laugh and your partner’s face during the vows exactly as they happened. Choosing who shoots it is one of the few wedding decisions you cannot redo.
We are Live Global Studios, a production company in Miami Beach that films weddings across Fort Lauderdale, from yacht decks on the Intracoastal to ballrooms on Las Olas. Here is how to choose a wedding videographer in Fort Lauderdale in 2026, what it should cost, and what separates a film you rewatch from footage you file away.
Why Fort Lauderdale weddings need a different kind of crew
This is a water city. A huge share of Fort Lauderdale weddings happen on or beside it: yacht charters out of Pier Sixty-Six, waterfront estates on the canals, beach ceremonies at sunrise, and receptions overlooking the Intracoastal. Water changes the job. Wind eats audio, sun off the water wrecks exposure, and a moving deck punishes videographers who only know ballroom conditions. Ask any crew you interview how they mic a ceremony in ocean wind. The answer tells you everything.
The venues also range wildly: historic rooms at the Bonnet House, modern hotels on the beach, golf clubs in Plantation and Davie, and private homes with backyards built for two hundred guests. A strong crew scouts the site, plans light by the hour, and arrives with a shot plan instead of improvising through your only take.
What a wedding film should include in 2026
The standard package has evolved. Couples now expect a cinematic highlight film of three to eight minutes, a full ceremony edit, full toasts and first dances, and a set of vertical clips cut for Instagram and TikTok so you can share within days, not months. Drone coverage matters more here than in most cities because so many venues sit on the water. If a videographer’s package stops at one long unedited file, keep looking.
What a wedding videographer costs in Fort Lauderdale
Realistic 2026 ranges: solo shooters run $1,500 to $3,000, established two-camera teams run $3,500 to $7,000, and full cinematic productions with drone, same-day edits, and multi-day coverage run $7,500 to $15,000+. The biggest price drivers are hours of coverage, number of shooters, and editing depth. Beware quotes that look too good: one camera means one angle of your vows, and no backup audio means one gust of wind can take the whole ceremony.
How to vet a crew before you book
Watch full films, not just highlight reels. Anyone can cut ninety good seconds from ten hours. Ask to see a complete ceremony edit from a venue like yours, confirm who will actually be holding the camera on your date, ask how they back up footage that night, and get delivery timelines in writing. Then ask what happens if it rains. Crews with a real answer have done this enough times to trust.
Why couples book Live Global Studios
We bring commercial production standards to weddings: cinema cameras, redundant audio on the officiant and both partners, a director and DP on every booking, and color and sound finished by the same editors who cut our brand films. We film across Fort Lauderdale, Pompano, and the full coast from Miami to Palm Beach, and every package includes vertical clips ready to share. Your film is finished in weeks, not seasons.
Frequently asked questions
How far in advance should we book? Eight to fourteen months for peak season dates, November through April. Summer dates have far more availability.
Do you film yacht weddings? Yes, regularly. We plan for wind audio, deck movement, and tight timelines around boarding and sunset.
Can you work alongside our photographer? Always. We coordinate positions before the ceremony so both teams get clean angles without crossing frames.
What about venues with strict rules? Many Fort Lauderdale venues limit drone use or vendor arrival times. We handle the coordination directly with your venue coordinator.

Video Production in Coconut Grove: The 2026 Local Guide
Coconut Grove does not look like the rest of Miami, and it does not buy like it either. Under the banyan canopy you have a hundred-year-old sailing village that now hosts startup offices, wealth managers, boutique hotels, and some of the best restaurants in the city. Businesses here win on story and place, which makes video the highest-leverage marketing asset in the neighborhood.
We are Live Global Studios, a full-service production company based in Miami Beach that shoots across the Grove every month, from CocoWalk to the marinas off Bayshore. Here is how video production works in Coconut Grove in 2026: what to make, what it costs, and how to choose a partner.
What makes Coconut Grove different
The Grove sells atmosphere. Sailboats at Dinner Key, peacocks on side streets, a walkable village center anchored by CocoWalk, and a professional class that moved in fast: venture firms, family offices, and tech companies taking offices above the retail. The visual language that works here is warm, textured, and human. Glossy corporate video that would feel at home in Brickell reads as out of place in the Grove.
That cuts both ways. A restaurant or hotel that captures the neighborhood’s actual feel earns instant credibility, and a startup that films its founder story against the Grove’s character stands out from every gray-office competitor reel.
What we produce for Grove businesses
Brand films for hospitality. Hotels, restaurants, and wellness studios get cinematic anchor pieces built around place: golden hour on the marina, the bar at service, the morning rush on Main Highway.
Founder and team stories for startups and firms. The Grove’s tech and finance scene runs on trust. A founder story or team documentary gives investors, recruits, and clients a reason to believe before the first meeting.
Short form systems. Reels and TikTok packages shot in batches: one shoot day, a month of vertical content for the accounts your customers actually scroll.
Event coverage. Regattas, gallery nights, openings, and private events along the bay, filmed and delivered as both highlight films and clip packages.
Real estate and yacht video. Listings in the Grove trade on lifestyle. We shoot homes and vessels the way buyers imagine living in them.
What video production costs in Coconut Grove
A single-location brand video typically runs $3,500 to $15,000 depending on crew size, locations, and post-production depth. Short form monthly systems run $1,500 to $7,500 based on volume. Event coverage starts around $1,500. Every project gets a fixed quote up front, so there are no day-rate surprises. The honest rule: match the budget to the job the video has to do, not to a number that sounds safe.
Why Live Global Studios
We are fifteen minutes up US-1, with a full studio in Miami Beach (The Chat Room, our four-set facility) when a controlled environment beats a location shoot. Every booking includes a director, DP, audio engineer, and producer. We handle concept, shoot, edit, color, sound, and distribution under one roof, so Grove businesses get one accountable team instead of three vendors pointing at each other.
Frequently asked questions
Do you shoot on location in Coconut Grove? Yes, weekly. CocoWalk, the marinas, Peacock Park, private homes and offices, and the village center are all regular sets for us.
Do we need permits to film in the Grove? Public-space shoots in Miami often need a city permit, and we handle that process for you. Private property shoots need only the owner’s green light.
Can you shoot our restaurant without closing it? Yes. We shoot during service with a compact crew, which almost always produces better footage than a staged empty room.
How fast is delivery? Standard delivery is seven to fourteen days from shoot day, with rush options when a launch date demands it.

Social Media Content for Aventura Businesses: The 2026 Guide
Aventura runs on retail, real estate, and reputation. Aventura Mall pulls more visitors than almost any shopping destination in America, the medical and aesthetics corridor along Biscayne keeps growing, and the high-rises keep filling with people who find their dentists, realtors, med spas, and restaurants the same way: Instagram first, Google second.
We’re Live Global Studios, a production house in Miami Beach that builds social content systems for businesses across Aventura, Sunny Isles, and Hallandale Beach. Here’s what actually works on social in this market, and what’s a waste of your budget.
What works on social in Aventura
Faces beat logos. The Aventura market buys from people. The practices and brokerages winning on Instagram put the doctor, the realtor, the chef on camera weekly. A founder who shows up on Reels consistently outperforms any amount of polished b-roll.
Local signals beat generic content. Content that shows the mall, the marina, the skyline, the neighborhood performs because the algorithm serves local and viewers reward familiar. Generic stock-style content reads as an ad and dies quietly.
Volume with a system, not random acts of content. Eight to twelve published assets a month is where accounts start compounding. That volume is unreachable if every video is its own production, and trivial if you batch: one shoot day, a month of content.
Vertical first, always. Reels, TikTok, Shorts. The feed is the storefront now. Horizontal brand films still matter for your website and waiting room, but discovery happens vertically.
The Aventura content playbook by industry
Medical and aesthetics: before-and-after storytelling (compliantly), educational explainers from the provider, and patient-experience walkthroughs. Trust content, because the purchase is trust.
Real estate: cinematic property tours cut into verticals, neighborhood guides, and agent-led market updates. The agents who post weekly own the listing conversation.
Restaurants and hospitality: dish-forward Reels shot at service, chef personality content, and trend-responsive edits posted while the trend is alive, not three weeks later.
Retail and e-commerce: product-in-use content, drops and launches, and UGC-style ads that look native to the feed.
What it costs and what to expect
Social-first content batches in this market run roughly $1,500 to $10,000+ per month depending on volume and ambition: from an edit-focused package on footage we capture monthly, to full-service concept, shoot, edit, and distribution. The metric that matters is cost per published, on-brand asset, and what those assets do for bookings, walk-ins, and DMs. Three strategic posts a week beats daily noise.
Why work with a production house instead of a freelancer
Freelancers are great until they’re booked, sick, or out of ideas. A production company gives you a system: concepts planned around your calendar, a crew with cinema cameras and real lighting, a studio (The Chat Room, our Miami Beach facility, is fifteen minutes down Collins), and an edit team that delivers a month of content from one shoot day. Consistency is the entire algorithm, and systems are how you stay consistent.
Frequently asked questions
Do you come to our Aventura location? Yes. We shoot on location across Aventura, Sunny Isles, and Hallandale weekly, and at our Miami Beach studio when a controlled set works better.
Can you handle posting and account management? Yes. Full social media management or content-only packages, depending on whether your team posts in-house.
How fast do we see results? Expect signal in 60 to 90 days of consistent posting: reach, saves, profile visits, DMs. Compounding follows consistency.
Do you do paid ads too? We produce ad creative built for Meta and TikTok placements and coordinate with your media buyer, or recommend one.

Luxury Brand Video Production: The Bal Harbour Standard (2026)
Bal Harbour is one square mile of the most concentrated luxury retail in America. The Shops alone host Chanel, Gucci, Prada, Valentino, and a waiting list of maisons that would make a Paris landlord blush. When a brand operates at this level, its video can’t just look good. It has to look inevitable.
We’re Live Global Studios, a cinematic production house based down Collins Avenue in Miami Beach. We produce brand films and social content for luxury retailers, hospitality, jewelry, and real estate across Bal Harbour, Surfside, and Sunny Isles Beach. Here’s what luxury-grade video actually requires, and why most production companies can’t deliver it.
What luxury brands in Bal Harbour actually need
The brand film. Two to three minutes of pure positioning: craft, heritage, exclusivity. This is the asset that lives on your site, plays at events, and gets sent to partners. Lighting, color, and pacing carry the entire message. There is no copy to hide behind.
Short form that doesn’t cheapen the brand. The hardest brief in content. Reels and TikTok demand speed and volume, but luxury demands restraint. The answer is craft at velocity: cinematic capture, edited fast, with typography and sound design that match the brand book. Volume without dilution.
Product films and campaign content. Jewelry, watches, and fashion need macro work, controlled lighting, and color accuracy that survives both a billboard and an iPhone screen. This is studio discipline, not run-and-gun.
Event and clientele content. Trunk shows, private dinners, gallery nights. Discreet crews that capture the room without disturbing it, with same-week edits so the moment is still warm when it posts.
Real estate and hospitality. The Bal Harbour and Surfside residential market sells eight-figure listings on film. A cinematic property film with drone work and lifestyle sequences is now table stakes for that price tier.
Why the standard is different here
Luxury clients notice everything, because noticing everything is the entire skill of their clientele. A slightly-off color grade reads as a counterfeit. Stock music reads as a discount rack. The wrong pacing reads as desperation. Production for this market means cinema cameras and real glass, a director who understands restraint, post-production with obsessive color work, and crews that show up polished, because on a luxury set, the crew is part of the brand experience too.
How we work with Bal Harbour brands
Batch days built around collections: one production day per drop, yielding the campaign film plus a month of short form. Studio work at The Chat Room, our Miami Beach facility ten minutes south, for product and interview content. On-location shoots at the Shops, in boutiques after hours, or at private residences with full discretion. And post-production under one roof: edit, color, sound, motion graphics, and clip packages cut for every platform.
Frequently asked questions
Do you have experience with luxury retail brands? Our team produces for brands, creators, and high-profile clients across South Florida’s luxury corridor, with the discretion and finish standard that tier expects.
Can you shoot in-store after hours? Yes. After-hours boutique shoots are standard practice: controlled lighting, no foot traffic, full respect for visual merchandising.
How fast can short form turn around? Same-week for event content, and campaign batches are typically delivered within two weeks with priority cuts first.
Do you sign NDAs? Routinely. Discretion is a default, not an add-on.
Your brand spent decades earning its position. Your video should defend it. Start the conversation on our Connect page.
Corporate Video Production in Boca Raton: The 2026 Playbook
Boca Raton is where South Florida puts on a blazer. Corporate campuses along Military Trail and Glades Road, a deep bench of finance, healthcare, and tech firms, FAU fueling a young talent pipeline, and the Boca Raton Innovation Campus sitting in the building where IBM built the PC. Companies here produce a constant stream of serious video: investor updates, recruiting films, training content, executive comms.
We’re Live Global Studios, a production house based in Miami Beach that shoots across Palm Beach County. Here’s the corporate video playbook for Boca Raton in 2026: what to make, what it costs, and how to not look like a stock-footage company.
The corporate videos that actually move numbers
The recruiting film. Boca companies compete for talent against Miami salaries and remote offers. A two-minute culture film that shows real people and a real office (and the fact that the beach is fifteen minutes away) outperforms every text-only job post you’ll ever run.
The executive story. Investors, partners, and enterprise clients want to see who runs the company. A well-shot founder or CEO piece does years of trust-building in three minutes. This is the one to do at broadcast quality, because it sits on your homepage and gets sent to people who decide things.
The product or service explainer. Especially for B2B, healthcare, and fintech firms, a clear explainer cuts sales cycles. Script first, shoot second. Strategy is what separates an explainer from a screensaver.
The internal library. Training, onboarding, compliance, town halls. Not glamorous, hugely valuable, and a perfect candidate for batch days where one crew knocks out a quarter’s worth of content in one go.
The event coverage. Conferences at The Boca Raton, galas, groundbreakings. One shoot day yields a highlight film plus a month of social clips if your production partner thinks in batches.
What corporate video costs in Boca Raton
Expect $10,000 to $75,000+ for flagship brand films and commercials depending on concept, crew, and post-production. Interview-driven corporate pieces (recruiting, executive stories, testimonials) typically land lower, and batching multiple videos into one production day moves the per-asset cost down dramatically. Social-first content batches run roughly $1,500 to $10,000+. Beware the suspiciously cheap quote: pre-production is usually what got cut, and it shows on screen.
How Boca companies should run a shoot
Batch ruthlessly. Book one day, capture the CEO piece, three testimonials, recruiting b-roll, and a stack of social clips. Use your own office when it looks the part; when it doesn’t, our studio in Miami Beach (The Chat Room, four sets, multi-cam cinema cameras, broadcast audio, on-site crew) is forty minutes down I-95 and pre-lit when you arrive. And put someone senior in charge of sign-off before the shoot, not after the edit. Revision rounds are where corporate video budgets go to die.
Why hire a Miami Beach crew for a Boca Raton shoot
Because the talent pool is deeper and the drive is short. Our crews shoot Boca Raton, Delray, and West Palm regularly: corporate campuses, The Boca Raton resort, country clubs, and headquarters lobbies of every marble variety. You get cinema-grade production without big-market pricing games, and post-production (editing, color, motion graphics, clip packages) handled under one roof.
Frequently asked questions
Do you charge travel fees for Boca Raton? For most projects, no. Palm Beach County is inside our standard service area.
Can you film in our office? Yes. We scout first, bring our own lighting, and leave your conference room exactly how we found it.
How fast is turnaround? Scoped per project, but corporate interview edits typically deliver in one to two weeks, with social clips available faster when needed.
Can you handle a quarterly content retainer? That’s our favorite format: a recurring batch day plus a monthly deliverable calendar, so your library compounds instead of restarting every quarter.
Ready to make your company look like it deserves the multiple? Start your project on our Connect page.
Wedding Videographer in Palm Beach: How to Choose (2026)
Palm Beach weddings are not like other weddings. The venues have dress codes, the guest lists have NDAs, and the flowers sometimes have their own security detail. When the setting is The Breakers, a private club on Ocean Boulevard, or an estate lawn rolling down to the Intracoastal, the wedding film has one job: look like it belongs there.
We’re Live Global Studios, a cinematic production house from Miami Beach that films weddings across Palm Beach County. Here’s what actually matters when you choose a wedding videographer for a Palm Beach wedding, including the questions most couples don’t know to ask.
Why Palm Beach weddings demand a different videographer
A backyard wedding forgives a lot. A Palm Beach ballroom does not. Three things change at this level.
Discretion is part of the job. High-profile families and private clubs have rules about cameras, guest privacy, and where crew can stand. Your videographer needs to know how to be invisible in a room full of people who notice everything, and how to work with planners, security, and club staff without friction.
The light is luxury’s best friend and worst enemy. Oceanfront ceremonies mean hard sun, wind, and white fabric that blows out cheap sensors. Ballrooms mean candlelight and chandeliers. Cinema cameras with real dynamic range, and an operator who knows how to use them, are the difference between a film and a recording.
The standard is film, not footage. At this tier, couples aren’t buying coverage. They’re buying a legacy piece: color-graded, sound-designed, edited like cinema. Something that holds up in twenty years, next to everything else in the family archive.
Questions to ask before you book
Can I see three full films, not highlight reels? Anyone can cut three good minutes. Ask to see how a full ceremony edit and a full reception edit hold together.
Who is actually filming my wedding? Some studios sell the founder’s reel and send a freelancer. Confirm the names on your contract.
How do you handle audio? Vows and toasts are the soul of the film. Lapel mics, backup recorders, and a plan for wind on the ocean terrace are non-negotiable.
How do you work with my planner and photographer? The best wedding films come from crews that collaborate. Ask how they coordinate shot lists and key moments so nobody blocks anybody’s shot during the first kiss.
What’s the delivery timeline, really? Luxury studios book out and edits take time. Get the timeline in writing, including the social media teaser many couples want within the week.
What a Palm Beach wedding film costs
In the Palm Beach market, professional wedding videography generally runs $5,000 to $20,000+, depending on coverage hours, crew size, gear (drone, multi-camera, cinema glass), and deliverables. Multi-day events, welcome parties, and rehearsal dinner coverage scale from there. If a quote at this level looks dramatically cheaper than the others, the difference is usually crew experience or what happens in the edit. Both show up on screen.
Venues we love filming in Palm Beach County
The Breakers’ Mediterranean courtyards. The Flagler Museum’s Gilded Age marble. Worth Avenue’s vias for portraits. The Royal Poinciana Chapel under its banyan. Oceanfront estates from Manalapan to Jupiter Island, and the equestrian farms out in Wellington for the winter-season crowd. Each one has its own light, its own rules, and its own best hour of the day. Knowing those before the wedding day is half the craft.
Frequently asked questions
Do you travel to Palm Beach from Miami? Yes, regularly. Palm Beach County is inside our standard service area, and we scout the venue before the wedding day.
Do you offer both photo and video? We focus on cinematic film and partner seamlessly with your photographer. One craft, done at the highest level.
Can you film discreetly for a private event? Discretion is standard practice for us: unobtrusive setups, NDA-friendly, and crews that know how to disappear.
How far in advance should we book? Palm Beach season weddings (November through May) book 9 to 18 months out. If your date is set, talk to us early.
Your wedding deserves a film, not a recording. Check your date with us on our Connect page.
Video Production Company in Fort Lauderdale: A Local’s Guide (2026)
Fort Lauderdale doesn’t really do “generic.” This is the Yacht Capital of the World, home to the biggest boat show on the planet, a cruise port that moves millions of people a year, and a corporate corridor that quietly runs a huge slice of South Florida’s economy. If your brand lives here, your video can’t look like it was shot in Anywhere, USA.
We’re Live Global Studios, a full-service production house based twenty minutes south at 420 Lincoln Rd in Miami Beach, and Fort Lauderdale is one of our most-shot markets. Here’s an honest local’s guide to getting video made in Broward, what it should cost, and when it makes sense to bring in a Miami crew.
What Fort Lauderdale brands actually shoot
Marine and yachting. This is the obvious one. Yacht brokerages need cinematic walkthrough films that sell eight-figure vessels before a buyer ever steps aboard. Builders and marinas need brand films. And everyone in the industry needs content cut and ready before the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show turns Las Olas into a runway every fall. If your FLIBS content plan starts in October, you’re already late.
Corporate and finance. Broward’s corporate corridor, from downtown to Cypress Creek, produces a steady stream of recruiting films, executive interviews, training content, and investor updates. The bar here is professionalism: clean audio, flattering light, fast turnaround.
Hospitality and tourism. Beachfront hotels, restaurant groups on Las Olas Boulevard, and the cruise lines sailing out of Port Everglades all live and die on visual content. Short form social clips drive direct bookings more than any brochure ever did.
Aviation. Fort Lauderdale has one of the busiest executive airports in the country. Charter operators, MROs, and aviation brands need video that makes a hangar look as good as the aircraft inside it.
Weddings and events. From the Hyatt Regency Pier Sixty-Six to private estates on the Intracoastal, Fort Lauderdale hosts cinematic weddings year-round. We film those too, and the waterfront light here is genuinely unfair.
What video production costs in Fort Lauderdale
The Broward market prices similarly to Miami. Short form social batches run roughly $1,500 to $10,000+ depending on volume and concept. Brand films and commercials run $10,000 to $75,000+ driven by crew size, locations, and post-production scope. Yacht films are their own category: a proper walkthrough with drone, gimbal, and color-graded finish is a different product than a phone video from the dock, and it sells boats accordingly.
The biggest cost mistake we see in Fort Lauderdale is paying day rates for crews that spend half the day setting up. Ask any production company what arrives ready and what gets built on site.
Local crew vs. Miami crew: does it matter?
Less than you’d think. We’re based on Lincoln Road and shoot in Fort Lauderdale constantly; it’s a 35-minute drive, and our service area covers all of Broward and Palm Beach counties. What matters more than the crew’s zip code: do they know the local logistics? Marina access rules, drone rules near the airport and Port Everglades, hotel filming permissions, and boat show credentialing are the things that sink shoot days. Ask about those before you ask where the crew sleeps.
And if your project needs a studio (a podcast, an interview series, founder content), our Miami Beach studio, The Chat Room, is a short drive down I-95: four sets, multi-cam cinema cameras, broadcast audio, and an on-site crew, pre-lit and rolling when you walk in.
How to choose a production partner in Fort Lauderdale
Ask for work in your industry: a yacht film if you sell yachts, hospitality content if you run a hotel. Ask how many deliverables come out of one shoot day, because batching is where the economics get good. Ask who handles strategy, scripting, and distribution, or whether you’re just renting cameras. And ask what happens after the shoot: editing, color, sound, clips for social, all under one roof, or three more vendors you have to manage.
Frequently asked questions
Do you travel to Fort Lauderdale for shoots? Yes, constantly. Broward is inside our standard service area with no travel premium for most projects.
Can you film at the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show? Yes. We plan FLIBS content months ahead: booth films, walkthroughs, social clips cut same-week. Talk to us by late summer for show-season slots.
Do you shoot yacht walkthroughs? Cinematic walkthroughs, drone aerials, lifestyle shoots with talent, and brokerage content built to sell the boat, not just show it.
What about weddings in Fort Lauderdale? Yes. Cinematic wedding films across Broward and Palm Beach, from waterfront estates to Pier Sixty-Six.

How to Launch a Podcast in Miami: Studio, Gear & Strategy (2026)
Roughly half the podcasts ever created died before episode eight. Not because the hosts ran out of things to say. Because the process broke them. Every episode was a scramble: book a room, fix the audio, edit for nine hours, post late, repeat until quietly quitting.
We produce shows at our studio on Lincoln Road, and the difference between podcasts that last and podcasts that fade is almost never talent. It’s systems. Here’s the launch plan we’d give a friend.
Step 1: Decide what the show is for
“I want a podcast” is not a goal. Pick one. Authority: you want to be the obvious expert in your niche. Pipeline: guests become clients, partners, or investors. Audience: you’re building a media asset that compounds. Brand: the show is content fuel for a company.
Everything downstream flows from this choice: format, length, guest strategy, how much you invest in video. A pipeline show with 200 of exactly the right listeners can be worth more than 20,000 random downloads.
Step 2: Choose a format you can sustain
The best format is the one you’ll still be doing at episode 30. Weekly hour-long interviews with A-list guests is a beautiful plan and a brutal calendar. Honest options: an interview show (easiest content engine, hardest booking logistics), a co-hosted conversation (great chemistry play, needs two committed people), solo episodes (maximum control, demands real point of view), or a hybrid, which is the most sustainable for busy founders.
Twenty to forty-five minutes is the sweet spot for most new shows. Long enough for depth, short enough to edit and clip.
Step 3: Make the video decision honestly
In 2026, a podcast without video is leaving most of its growth on the table. YouTube and short-form clips are where shows get discovered; RSS is where they get retained. But video raises the production bar: lighting, multiple cameras, a set that doesn’t look like a hostage tape.
You have three paths in Miami. A home setup: treated room, two good mics, one camera, fine for validating the idea. A self-serve studio rental: better gear, your labor. Or a full-service studio: walk in, sit down, record, while the crew handles everything and finished assets arrive ready to publish. That’s The Chat Room’s whole model: four sets, multi-cam cinema cameras, broadcast audio, and an on-site crew at 420 Lincoln Rd.
The right answer depends on Step 1. Authority and brand shows should look the part from episode one. First impressions don’t get a relaunch.
Step 4: Bank episodes before you launch
The single highest-leverage launch move: record four to six episodes before anyone hears episode one. Launch with three, keep a buffer, never miss a week. Consistency is the entire game. Apple and Spotify reward it, and audiences punish its absence.
A batch day at a studio makes this almost unfair: two or three episodes in one session, clips cut from each, a month of content from one calendar block.
Step 5: Build the clip engine
Every episode should generate six to ten short-form clips: hooks, hot takes, guest moments, cut vertical for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts. The clips are not promotion for the show. In 2026 the clips are the show for most of your audience, and the full episode is the destination for the converted.
This is where most independent podcasters drown in editing. Decide before launch who’s cutting clips: you, a freelancer, or your studio’s post team.
Step 6: Launch loud, then stay boring
Launch week: three episodes live, clips running daily, every guest armed with assets to share. After that, the strategy is gloriously boring. Same day every week, clips every week, guest shares every episode. Boring consistency beats brilliant sporadic, always.
The Miami advantage
The guest pool here is absurd: founders, athletes, artists, investors, and half of them are within twenty minutes of Miami Beach. A show with a real set and a professional crew gets better guests to say yes. The room itself is part of the invitation.
Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to start a podcast in Miami? DIY: under $1,000 in gear. Self-serve studio: $50 to $150 an hour. Full-service production is scoped per show. Tell us your format and we’ll quote it straight.
How long until a podcast grows? Plan on six months of consistency before momentum. Shows with strong clip engines compress that timeline dramatically.
Can Live Global Studios handle the whole thing? Set design to final cut, including clips. Yes. That’s the podcast production offer in one sentence.

How to Choose a Short Form Content Agency in Miami (Without Getting Burned)
Every videographer in Miami became a “short form content agency” sometime around 2023. Some of them are excellent. Some of them own a gimbal and a Canva subscription. From the outside, their Instagram profiles look identical, so here’s how to tell the difference before you’ve signed a retainer.
What short form actually requires
Short form is its own discipline. The first three seconds decide everything; the next thirty have to earn themselves over and over. That means hook writing, pacing built for sound-off viewing, captions as design elements, format-native thinking for each platform, and a volume pipeline. One great Reel is a fluke. Twelve a month is a system.
A long-form production house that “also does Reels” tends to deliver beautiful, slow, cinematic clips that die in the feed. A clip-chop shop delivers volume with no brand. You want the overlap: cinematic craft with feed-native instincts.
The 6 questions that expose any agency
1. “Show me three hooks you wrote, and the retention graphs.” Not the prettiest videos. The ones that held attention. Any serious short form team obsesses over the first-three-seconds drop-off and can show you. If they’ve never looked at a retention graph, they’re a video vendor, not a content partner.
2. “What comes out of one shoot day?” The right answer is a number, and it should be double digits. Batching is the entire economics of short form: one day in the studio, multiple looks, a month of content. If every video requires its own shoot, you’re funding their inefficiency.
3. “Who writes the concepts?” Short form lives and dies in pre-production. Concepts, scripts, and shot plans should exist before anyone touches a camera. “We’ll capture some content and see what works” means you’re paying for their experiments.
4. “What does your studio situation look like?” Agencies that rent by the hour pass setup costs and scheduling friction to you. Teams with their own studio control lighting, audio, and turnaround. We built ours at 420 Lincoln Rd partly for this reason: when the room is always ready, batch days get cheap and fast.
5. “Who handles posting, and who reads the data?” Short form without distribution strategy is content theater. Whether you post in-house or they manage channels, someone needs to own the loop: post, measure, adjust, repeat.
6. “Can I see work in my category, and work outside it?” In-category work proves they understand your audience. Out-of-category work proves the skill travels. You want both, because formats migrate across niches faster than agencies admit.
Pricing: what’s normal in Miami
Short form engagements in Miami generally run from a few thousand per month for an edit-focused package to $10k+ for full-service concept-shoot-edit-distribute retainers. The number matters less than the unit math: cost per published, on-brand asset, and what each asset is doing for reach, leads, or sales. Twelve strategic videos beat thirty random ones every month of the year.
Red flags worth walking away from
A portfolio full of other people’s viral clips they “edited.” No questions about your business goals in the first call. Promises of guaranteed virality (nobody honest promises this). No retainer flexibility to shift formats when something starts working. A beautiful showreel with zero retention data.
Frequently asked questions
How many short form videos a month do I actually need? Enough to learn. Eight to twelve published assets a month gives you real signal on hooks and formats. One a week is a presence. Three a week is a strategy.
Do I need to be on camera? It helps, since faces outperform b-roll in almost every niche, but founder-led isn’t the only path. Formats can be built around product, process, clients, or your team.
What does Live Global Studios do differently? We’re a production house with our own Miami Beach studio, so concept, shoot, edit, and clip packages happen under one roof. Engineered to stop the scroll, batched so the economics work.

Podcast Studio Rental in Miami Beach: What to Look For Before You Book
Booking a podcast studio looks easy. Pick a room off Instagram, pay the deposit, show up. Then you arrive and the “studio” is a corner of someone’s office, the second mic channel is dead, and the host chair faces a window that turns your guest into a silhouette by 3pm.
We run The Chat Room at 420 Lincoln Rd, so we’ve heard every studio-rental horror story in this zip code. Usually from shows that moved to us afterward. Here’s the checklist that would have saved them.
The 7 things to verify before you book
1. Ask what’s in the audio chain, specifically. “Professional audio” means nothing. Ask for the mic model, the preamp, and whether there’s live monitoring with an engineer listening. Look for broadcast standards: SM7B-class mics, real preamps, a treated room. Clap once in the room. If you hear the clap twice, leave once.
2. Count the cameras, and ask who’s switching them. Video podcasts need three angles minimum: wide, host, guest. Then ask the question that separates real studios from rooms with cameras in them: is someone switching live? Live-switched shows with ISO recordings cut your post time in half.
3. Ask if anyone will actually be there. The single most important question in studio rental. Self-serve studios hand you a door code. Crewed studios hand you a director, DP, audio engineer, and producer. If your show is attached to a brand, a client, or a guest whose time you can’t waste, the crew is not a luxury. It’s the product.
4. Look at the sets, plural. Your backdrop is doing brand work in every frame and every clip. A studio with one look means your show is visually identical to everyone else who books that room. We built four distinct sets because the shows that grow treat their look like a format decision, not an accident.
5. Ask what leaves the building with you. Raw footage? Synced multicam project? Finished episode? Clip package for Reels and TikTok? Every studio answers differently, and the difference is dozens of hours of your life. The best studio day ends with publish-ready assets in your inbox, not a hard drive of homework.
6. Check the streaming pipeline. If you ever want to go live on LinkedIn or YouTube, ask about hardwired fiber and native streaming. Hotel-grade wifi is where livestreams go to buffer.
7. Read the fine print on setup time. Some studios start the clock when you walk in, then spend your first paid hour rigging lights. Ask whether the room is pre-lit and rolling at call time. Ours is. Walk in, sit down, create. It’s on the website because it’s the operating principle.
Red flags that predict a bad shoot
They can’t name their gear when asked. No engineer on-site during your session. “We can fix it in post” said about audio. One room, one look, no prep space for hair and wardrobe. No clear answer on file delivery timelines. Any one of these is survivable. Two or more, keep scrolling.
What about booking outside Miami Beach?
Plenty of rooms in Wynwood, Brickell, and Doral rent by the hour, and some are decent. The trade-off is usually crew and finish, since most are self-serve. If your show is a hobby, that’s fine. If your show is a marketing channel, the math changes fast: one crewed day that produces an episode plus a month of clips beats four DIY sessions that produce stress.
Frequently asked questions
How much does podcast studio rental cost in Miami Beach? Self-serve rooms run roughly $50 to $150 an hour. Crewed, full-service studio days are scoped by deliverables. You’re buying a production, not square footage.
Can I tour The Chat Room before booking? Yes. Schedule a walkthrough at 420 Lincoln Rd, Miami Beach. We’ll show you all four sets and the gear, and you can clap in the room as many times as you like.
Do you provide an editor, or just the recording? Every Live Global booking can include post-production: editing, color, sound design, and short-form clip packages. One roof, start to publish.

How Much Does Video Production Cost in Miami? (2026 Breakdown)
“How much does a video cost?” is the “how long is a piece of string” of our industry. But you deserve a real answer, not a sales call. So here’s how video production pricing actually works in Miami in 2026, what moves the number up or down, and where budgets get wasted.
The short answer
In Miami, professionally produced video generally lands in these ranges.
Social-first short form (Reels, TikTok, ads): $1,500 to $10,000+ per batch, depending on concept, locations, and volume. Batching is the cheat code. Five cuts from one shoot day costs nothing like five separate shoots.
Brand films and commercials: $10,000 to $75,000+. The spread is concept and crew size. A founder story shot in one location is not a multi-day spot with talent, art department, and licensed music.
Podcast production: Studio day rates vary by what’s included. Room only, room plus crew, or full production with edited episodes and clip packages.
Weddings and legacy events: Typically $5,000 to $20,000+ in the Miami market depending on coverage length, crew size, and deliverables.
Documentary and long form: Scoped per project. Time is the driver. Story development and edit weeks dominate the budget.
Anyone quoting you a flat number before asking what you’re making is guessing. So are you, if you accept it.
What actually drives the price
Pre-production, the part everyone skips and then pays for. Concept development, scripting, storyboards, shot lists, casting, locations. Every dollar here saves three on set. When a quote looks suspiciously cheap, pre-production is usually what got deleted.
The shoot day. Crew size is the biggest lever. A director shooting solo is one cost; add a gaffer, audio engineer, producer, and art department and you’re buying a different product. Cinema cameras, lighting packages, and studio or location fees stack on top.
Post-production. Editing, color grading, sound design, motion graphics, VFX. Post is where good footage becomes a film, and where timelines live or die. Revision rounds matter: unlimited revisions don’t exist, just unpriced ones.
The multiplier nobody mentions: usage. A video you post once is cheaper than a campaign asset running as paid media for a year. Talent releases, music licensing, and usage rights scale with distribution.
Where Miami budgets get wasted
Shooting before strategy. A beautiful video answering a question nobody asked.
Paying for setup time. Rental studios bill you while the crew builds the room. Our studio is pre-lit and rolling when you walk in. That’s a deliberate pricing decision, not a flex. Okay, it’s both.
One video instead of a system. The brands winning on content in Miami shoot once and publish twenty times. Ask every production company how many assets come out of one day.
Skipping the release plan. A finished film without distribution is a very expensive hard drive ornament.
How to budget like a producer
Start with the goal, not the format. “Book more studio clients” leads to different videos than “look credible to investors.” Ask what’s included end to end: concept, shoot, edit, revisions, licensing, distribution assets. Batch ruthlessly. One day, multiple looks, many deliverables. And put 10 to 20 percent aside for what you’ll want after you see the first cut. You will want something.
Frequently asked questions
Why do quotes for the “same video” range from $2k to $50k? Because they’re not the same video. Crew size, pre-production depth, gear, post-production scope, and usage rights are all different products wearing the same name.
Is cheap video ever the right call? Sometimes. Testing ad concepts, internal comms, volume social content. Just match the stakes to the spend. Your flagship brand film shouldn’t be the thing you cheaped out on.
Does Live Global Studios publish prices? We scope per project, because pretending every project costs the same is how clients overpay. Tell us what you’re building and we’ll give you a real number fast.

The Best Podcast Studios in Miami (2026 Guide)
Miami went from “nice place to film a music video” to one of the loudest podcast cities in America in about five years. Founders, athletes, artists, and at least three of your favorite reality stars all record here now. The problem isn’t finding a studio. It’s finding the right one before your launch date sneaks up on you.
So here’s the honest version of the guide, from people who build shows for a living. Yes, our studio is on this list. No, we didn’t rank it last out of false modesty.
What actually matters in a podcast studio
Before the list, the checklist. When you tour any studio in Miami, judge it on five things.
The audio chain. If the room echoes when you clap, walk out. Treated rooms with broadcast-grade mics (think Shure SM7B into real preamps) are the floor, not the ceiling.
Multi-camera setup. A podcast in 2026 is a video product that happens to have an RSS feed. You want at least three camera angles and live switching, or you’ll pay for it in the edit.
A crew, or the lack of one. Self-serve studios are cheaper until you spend your first hour troubleshooting a dead channel. If you’re producing a show for a brand or a client, an on-site engineer pays for itself the first time something goes wrong.
Sets, not corners. Your backdrop is your brand. One room with one look means every episode looks like every other show that recorded there that week.
What happens after you stop recording. Raw files are homework. Studios that cut clips, color, and deliver publish-ready assets save you from hiring three more vendors.
The best podcast studios in Miami
1. The Chat Room by Live Global Studios (Miami Beach). Full disclosure: this one’s ours. It’s also the one we’d build again from scratch, exactly the same way. The Chat Room sits at 420 Lincoln Rd in Miami Beach with four distinct sets, each with its own look, built for everything from long-form interviews to editorial talk-show staging. Every booking comes with a director, DP, audio engineer, and producer. Sony FX cinema cameras, cinematic lighting, SM7B audio chains, live switching with full ISO recording, and hardwired streaming straight to YouTube or LinkedIn.
The pitch is simple: you walk in, sit down, and create. The room is lit and rolling before you arrive, and finished, publish-ready assets land in your inbox after. Pre-production through clips, one roof. Best for brands, founders, and shows that want broadcast quality without assembling a crew themselves.
2. Self-serve studios downtown. Miami has a growing crop of hourly self-serve rooms. You book online, get a door code, and run your own gear. They’re genuinely good options if you’re a hobbyist show with experience behind a console and a budget under $100 a session. Best for DIY podcasters who know what a gain stage is and like it that way.
3. Co-working podcast rooms. Several co-working spaces in Brickell and Wynwood now have podcast rooms bundled with membership. Convenient if you already work there. The audio is usually fine and the video is usually an afterthought. Best for members recording audio-first interview shows.
4. Build your own home studio. The honest fourth option. A treated closet, two SM7Bs, and an interface will get a two-person audio show surprisingly far. The wheels come off when you add video, guests, or a publishing schedule. Best for validating an idea before you invest in making it look like a show.
What does a podcast studio cost in Miami?
Self-serve rooms run roughly $50 to $150 an hour. Crewed, multi-cam studios with post-production included are a different product. You’re buying a production day, not a room, and pricing reflects scope. If a studio won’t tell you what’s included until after a sales call, that’s your answer about how the rest of the relationship goes.
Frequently asked questions
Can I record a podcast in Miami without owning any equipment? Yes, that’s the entire point of a full-service studio. At The Chat Room, every booking includes cameras, mics, lighting, and the crew to run them.
How far in advance should I book? For crewed studios, one to two weeks is comfortable. Launch weeks and Art Basel season book out faster.
Do studios help with clips for social? Some do, most don’t. Ask specifically whether short-form cuts are included or an add-on. Ours are part of the package. It’s half the reason shows come to us.
