Sports Team and Academy Video in South Florida

South Florida is one of the deepest youth sports markets in the country. Club soccer programs from Broward to Homestead, travel baseball, flag football, basketball academies, swim clubs, and high school powerhouses all compete for the same families and the same recruiting attention. The games are great. The way most programs show them is not.

Most teams and academies rely on a parent with a phone and a free editing app. That works until a program needs to recruit better players, win a sponsor, or convince families that it is worth the tuition. Video is how a program communicates its standard. We are Live Global Studios, a full-service production company on Miami Beach, and we build video for teams, clubs, and academies that want to look as serious as they train.

What a program actually needs from video

The goal is rarely one video. It is a system that supports recruiting, enrollment, sponsorship, and community. A program typically needs a flagship film that explains who you are, a set of player and coach profiles, game day content that fans want to share, and highlight packages for athletes pursuing the next level.

Each asset serves a different audience. Parents want to see safety, coaching quality, and culture. Recruits and club coaches want film that shows technique and decision making. Sponsors want clean, branded content with a visible audience. One planning conversation maps each of those to a deliverable.

The flagship film

A two to three minute program film can do the work of a hundred sales calls. We interview the head coach and a few players or alumni, film training sessions with cinematic coverage, and capture the facility in good light. For outdoor programs we plan around South Florida weather, which means early morning and late afternoon shoots, rain contingency days, and shade-aware lighting. Drone coverage of a complex or stadium gives scale, and our pilots hold FAA Part 107 certification. Schools and public fields may require permission, and we handle that in pre-production.

Game day and season content

Season coverage is where programs build momentum. We can run multi-camera coverage at a key home game, produce a short recap the same night or next morning, and cut vertical clips for social media. Recurring packages can include a monthly feature, a pre-season hype film, a senior night tribute, and a season review that families will keep for years.

Venues and leagues have their own rules about filming, especially with minors. We confirm access and consent requirements in advance, collect releases, and keep sensitive footage out of public edits when families ask. Child safety and privacy are not negotiable on our sets.

Player highlights and recruiting

For athletes who want college exposure, we produce position-specific highlight films and short interview clips. Coaches reviewing hundreds of videos decide quickly, so we lead with the best plays, use clean graphics, and keep the length tight. We also help athletes present themselves well on camera for the recruiting conversation.

Using our studio

The Chat Room, our Miami Beach studio, has four sets and works well for coach interviews, player profiles, signing day announcements, and sponsor spots. A program can bring a full roster in groups and leave with a month of content in a day. Every booking includes a director, a director of photography, an audio engineer, and a producer, so the interviews sound as good as they look.

What it costs

Honest ranges for South Florida: a studio-based set of coach and player profiles with social cutdowns often runs from about 2,500 to 6,000 dollars. A full program film with location coverage, drone footage, and a few edits typically falls between 6,500 and 16,000 dollars. Multi-camera game coverage and season packages are priced by game count and deliverables, and a monthly plan can spread the cost across the year. Booster clubs and sponsors often help fund these projects, and we can build a sponsor-friendly package with logo placement.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work with youth teams?

Yes. We require guardian consent for any minor on camera and follow league and school rules on filming.

Can you film live games?

Yes, with venue approval. We bring multi-camera coverage and clean audio, and we can also livestream a game when the venue supports it.

How far in advance should we book?

For a flagship film, plan four weeks ahead. For a season package, start before preseason.

Can you help us find sponsors?

We create the media kit and sponsor-facing content. Securing sponsors is up to your program, but we can advise on how to present the numbers and the audience.
