Athlete Content and NIL Video in Miami

Miami produces athletes at every level. High school football programs that feed the nation’s best college rosters, University of Miami and FIU players, professionals from the Dolphins, Heat, Panthers, and Inter Miami, and a growing pool of boxers, MMA fighters, tennis players, and track athletes who train here year round. Name, image, and likeness rules have turned many of them into small media companies, whether they planned it or not.

Most athletes still present themselves with a highlight tape and a few phone clips. Brands notice. A sponsor deciding between two athletes with similar numbers will almost always pick the one who looks like a business partner. We are Live Global Studios, a full-service production company on Miami Beach, and this is how we build content for athletes who want to be taken seriously off the field.

Why NIL changes what athlete content has to do

A highlight reel proves that you can play. A brand wants to know who you are, how you speak, whether you show up on time, and what your audience looks like. That requires a different kind of content: a personal brand film, short interviews, day in the life footage, and polished social assets that make a deal easy to say yes to.

The athletes who earn the strongest partnerships tend to have a clear identity. They are the quiet technician, the loud competitor, the family man, the community leader. We help find that identity during pre-production and build the visual language around it. It should feel true, because audiences and sponsors spot a manufactured persona fast.

What we produce for athletes

Most packages start with an anchor piece, usually a two to three minute personal brand film. It combines training footage, an interview, and cinematic b-roll shot in places that mean something to the athlete: a high school field in Liberty City, a gym in Wynwood, the beach at sunrise, or the home stadium. From the same shoot we build vertical cutdowns for Instagram and TikTok, a sponsor-facing reel, and photography for press and partnership decks.

For recurring content, we offer monthly shoots that capture training, games, community appearances, and brand moments. The athlete gets a consistent flow of material without having to think about editing, captions, or scheduling.

Speed matters in sports. We can turn around signing day, draft day, or commitment announcements quickly, with a graphics package and a social-ready edit ready the same day when planning allows.

The studio and the field

The Chat Room, our Miami Beach studio, has four sets. We use it for sponsor interviews, podcast-style conversations, portrait sessions, and announcement videos where lighting and sound need to be controlled. On location, we film at training facilities, gyms, courts, fields, and community events, with drone coverage when the site allows it and our pilots hold FAA Part 107 certification.

Every booking includes a director, a director of photography, an audio engineer, and a producer. Many athletes have never been on a real set. Our director coaches natural delivery so the on-camera interview sounds like the athlete, not like a press conference.

A word on rules and rights

NIL rules vary by state, school, and sport governing body, and they change. We are a production company, not a law firm or a compliance office. Athletes should work with their school compliance staff, agent, or attorney on contracts and eligibility. We will gladly coordinate with your representation so the content fits your deals. We also ask for written releases and clear music rights on every project so nothing you publish creates a problem later.

What it costs

Honest ranges: a studio-based athlete profile with an interview and a few social cutdowns often runs from about 2,500 to 5,500 dollars. A location-based personal brand film with training and lifestyle footage, drone work, and a full set of social edits generally runs from 6,000 to 15,000 dollars. Monthly content retainers are priced by the number of shoot days and finished deliverables, and parents or agents are welcome on every call. We will recommend the smallest package that does the job.

Frequently asked questions

Can high school athletes work with you?

Yes, with a parent or guardian involved in all agreements. Many families start with a recruiting and personal brand film.

Do you help with sponsor outreach?

We produce the media kit and sponsor-facing assets. Outreach and contract negotiation are best handled by your agent or representation.

Can you film at games?

It depends on venue and league rules. We confirm access in advance and plan around it.

How long does a project take?

Most take two to four weeks after the shoot. Announcement content can move faster.
